Bank of Baroda has announced a contractual recruitment for the post of In House Faculty at its RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) in Alirajpur District, Madhya Pradesh. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts).
• Preferred: MSW, MA (Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology), B.Sc. (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri. Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed.

Skills Required

• Strong teaching aptitude and sound computer knowledge.
• Fluency in local language is essential.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.
• Typing skills in local language, Hindi, or English are an added advantage.

Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a faculty or trainer.

Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 (Consolidated)
• Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per annum (based on review)
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
• Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per applicable rules

Selection Process

1. Written Test – to assess General Knowledge and Computer skills.
2. Personal Interview – to evaluate communication, leadership, attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Demonstration / Presentation – to judge teaching capabilities.
