KBLPA Recruitment 2026 for Additional CEO Posts

Ken Betwa Link Project Authority (KBLPA), Bhopal has issued a vacancy circular for the appointment of Additional Chief Executive Officers on deputation basis. A total of 2 vacancies have been announced for senior-level technical and administrative positions in the areas of Electrical & Mechanical and Environment, Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) and Land Acquisition. This recruitment is intended for experienced Group A officers currently serving in Central or State Government departments, PSUs, UTs, or autonomous bodies. Candidates must possess a relevant engineering or allied degree along with extensive experience in water resources or infrastructure projects. The selection will be based on scrutiny of service records and interview, without any written examination. The last date to apply is 60 days from publication of the notification (approximately 17 April 2026).

2. Fill in complete service details, educational qualifications, and experience records.
3. Attach certified copies of relevant educational and professional certificates.
4. Enclose APAR dossiers for the last 5 years duly attested by the competent authority.
5. Attach Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate.
6. Ensure the application is forwarded through Proper Channel (for serving officers).
