MPMRCL Recruitment 2025 for General Manager / Additional General Manager Post

The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) has released an official recruitment notification (Notification No. 3956/HRD/MPMRCL-070/2025, dated 10th September 2025) inviting applications for the post of General Manager (GM) / Additional General Manager (AGM). This recruitment aims to hire experienced professionals from Railways, Metro organizations, or relevant government/PSU backgrounds to contribute to the growth of metro infrastructure in Madhya Pradesh. A single vacancy has been announced, offering attractive pay scales and opportunities under deputation, re-employment, or contract engagement modes. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should be currently working or previously worked in Railways / Railway PSUs / Metro Organization / Metro PSUs / Government Organizations.
• Experience Requirement:
  • AGM: Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience.
  • GM: Minimum 21 years post-qualification experience.
• Age criteria vary as per engagement type (Deputation / Re-employment / Contract).

Salary

• General Manager (E-8): ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month.
• Additional General Manager (E-7): ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 per month.

Selection Process

1. Interview (Merit-based evaluation of experience and suitability).
2. Document Verification (to confirm eligibility, age, and experience).
